You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

B. How to Return Your Item

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team at support@altoora.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted, so be sure to reach out to us before returning your purchase.

C. Exchanges

We process exchanges only for defective, or incorrect items. If you'd like to exchange an item, please reach out to us at support@altoora.com with your request, and we'll guide you through the exchange process.

D. No Restocking Fee

At Altoora, we believe in keeping things simple—there are no restocking fees on returned items.

E. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account once approved. The maximum time for processing your refund is 7 days.

F. Discounted Items

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for any discounts or promotional codes that were not applied during the original transaction. If you have a discount, make sure it is applied at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot make retroactive adjustments.
